  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup apple, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt, intense sweetened
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
