  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons bran
  • 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
