- 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
- 1 apple, cored and cut into cubes
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
- Pour in glasses.
- Serve and enjoy.
