- 10 romaine lettuce (inner leaves), torn
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 4 celery ribs, diced
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves, chopped
- 2 green apples, cored, sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- sugar substitute to taste, optional
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
- Pour in glasses. Garnish with celery sticks.
- Serve.
