In a non-stick frying pan, put the oil and heat for a few seconds before pouring the blended ingredients over it. Top up with the mushrooms. If you like it spicy, you may add some turmeric powder and pepper powder. Use a wooden ladle to make your omelet into tiny cubes. Cook well for a three to four minutes. Serve with brown or whole grain bread.

Ingredients: 1 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries; 1/4 cup wheat germ; 1/2 banana; cold water.
Recipe: Mix all the ingredients and blend well. Serve in a tall, frosted glass with a strawberry on the top.
